1. How long does delivery take? We aim to deliver all UK orders within 6–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


2. Do you offer free shipping? Yes — we offer free UK shipping on all orders, at no extra cost


3. Can I track my order? Yes, once your order is shipped you’ll receive a tracking number. Once received navigate to the “Track Your Order” section and you’ll be able to monitor your parcels journey 


4. What is your return policy? If you’re not satisfied with your order,  you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your parcel.


5. How do I start a return? Go to our “Returns” section and start a return request 


6. How long do refunds take? Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item but can take up to 10 business days to reflect on your bank account


7. Do your shelves require drilling? Most of our products are designed for no-drill installation, using strong adhesive mounts for easy setup.


8. What surfaces do they stick to? Our shelves work best on smooth surfaces such as tiles, glass, metal, and polished stone. We do not recommend installing on painted, uneven, or textured walls.


9. Are the shelves waterproof and rust-resistant? Yes, our shelves are built for bathroom use and feature rust-resistant materials suitable for wet environments.


10. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty? If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
